What you will learn and work on (previous knowledge welcome)

• Development of embedded control and test systems in C
• Building software and hardware in the loop test environments with our innovative test technologies
• Development of reference code for our code generators and tools
• If interested, there is the possibility to participate in the development of our modeling tools for embedded systems

What skills should you bring to the table?

• Experience with C or C++
• First experience in embedded software development
• No fear of hardware
• Interest in software architectures, concurrent systems and models
• Experience with source code management systems (GIT or SVN)

What else is important?

• You are studying in Munich or the surrounding area – we meet 1 time per week at the PROTOS office.
• Curiosity and the desire to do things differently and better
• Good written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work independently combined with good teamwork skills
• Autodidaktische Fähigkeiten
• English fluent and good German

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools (e.g. UML or Matlab/Simulink)
• Experience with control engineering
• FPGA development (Verilog/VHDL)
• Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins/Bitbucket/Gitlab)
