What you will learn and work on (previous knowledge welcome)
- Development of embedded control and test systems in C
- Building software and hardware in the loop test environments with our innovative test technologies
- Development of reference code for our code generators and tools
- If interested, there is the possibility to participate in the development of our modeling tools for embedded systems
What skills should you bring to the table?
- Experience with C or C++
- First experience in embedded software development
- No fear of hardware
- Interest in software architectures, concurrent systems and models
- Experience with source code management systems (GIT or SVN)
What else is important?
- You are studying in Munich or the surrounding area – we meet 1 time per week at the PROTOS office.
- Curiosity and the desire to do things differently and better
- Good written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently combined with good teamwork skills
- Autodidaktische Fähigkeiten
- English fluent and good German
Nice to have
- Experience with modeling tools (e.g. UML or Matlab/Simulink)
- Experience with control engineering
- FPGA development (Verilog/VHDL)
- Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins/Bitbucket/Gitlab)
