PROTOS – Our Team is There For You

Developers can perform component and integration tests on their application at their desks, right from the start of their project. The PROTOS miniHIL hardware and accompanying software tool chain (a HIL for Everyone), allows modeling, generation, and execution of environment simulations and test cases. This enables everything from basic test automation through to continuous integration with HIL and SIL testing.

Our Management Team:
Thomas Schütz
Thomas Schütz, Managing Director of PROTOS, studied aerospace engineering and founded PROTOS Software GmbH in 1996. His key tasks at the company focus on positioning and developing our services and product portfolio. Among other things, Thomas Schütz advises customers on the development of domain-specific tool chains and test systems for embedded systems, as well as supporting you in using innovative architecture and models to master system complexity.
Dr. Henrik Rentz-Reichert
Dr. Henrik Rentz-Reichert is the technical director of PROTOS and has been developing modeling tools for various industries since the late 1990s. He has many years of experience with Eclipse, with a strong focus on modeling and on developing domain-specific languages. At the company, he leads software development in the open source and product areas. Henrik Rentz-Reichert has been involved in customer projects in a consulting capacity for many years. This regularly involves the creation of the customer’s own domain-specific tools and tool chains.
